What happens if I stop paying?

Nothing is ever deleted. After a one-week grace period, your site becomes view-only until you resume — whether that’s next week or years from now. Everyone you’ve shared the site with can still see everything the whole time.

Can family members see our memories without creating an account?

Yes. You can send a view-only link to anyone — no login required. Only adding or editing memories requires an invited account.

What can I upload?

Photos, videos, audio recordings, and PDF documents. Each plan includes free AI transcription for voice recordings.

What happens to the original file I upload?

It’s kept exactly as you uploaded it — untouched, forever. We separately generate smaller copies for fast browsing, but the original is never resized, recompressed, or discarded.

Is our family’s information private?

Yes. Your site is private by default. Nothing is public unless you choose to share a specific view link.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Any time. Your memories are never affected by a plan change either direction.

What if I need more storage than the largest plan?
