What happens if I stop paying?
If a subscription ever lapses, every memory stays safe. Your site simply goes read-only (not editable) until billing resumes — a week later or a decade later. Everyone you’ve shared the site with can still see everything the whole time.
Can family members see our memories without creating an account?
Yes. You can send a view-only link to anyone — no login required. Only adding or editing memories requires an invited account.
What can I upload?
Photos, videos, audio recordings, and PDF documents. Each plan includes free AI transcription for voice recordings.
What happens to the original file I upload?
Depends on the format. Photos are kept exactly as you uploaded them — untouched, forever; we separately generate smaller copies for fast browsing, but the original is never resized, recompressed, or discarded. Videos are automatically compressed on upload to a smaller, still high-quality file, to keep storage efficient — the full original resolution isn’t separately retained.
Is our family’s information private?
Yes. Your site is private by default. Nothing is public unless you choose to share a specific view link.
Can I change my plan?
You can upgrade to a larger plan any time, and your memories are never affected. Plans can’t be downgraded — you can stay on your current plan or cancel. If you cancel, every memory stays safe. Your site simply becomes read-only (not editable).
What if I need more storage than the largest plan?
Reach out to us. A family preserving decades of photos and video shouldn’t have to leave anything out — we’ll work out a storage arrangement that fits your archive.
