Terms of Service

1. The service

Magic Memory Books provides each subscribing family a private website for storing and organizing memories with photos, videos, audio, and documents.

2. Billing and plans

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may change or cancel your plan at any time.

3. What happens if payment lapses

Content is never deleted for non-payment. If a subscription lapses, the account becomes read-only (not editable) until billing resumes, whether that is a week later or a decade later. Public viewing, where enabled, is not affected by payment status.

4. Your content

You own everything you upload. We do not claim ownership of your photos, videos, or stories. By uploading content, you grant us permission to store, process, and display it back to you and those you choose to share it with, solely for the purpose of providing the service. We never sell your information, and we never share it with anyone except the companies we need to run Magic Memory Books (such as secure photo storage and payment processing), or when the law requires it.

5. Storage limits

Each plan includes a storage allowance as described on the Pricing page. If you reach your plan’s limit, new uploads are paused until you upgrade or free up space — existing content remains fully accessible. Plans can be upgraded at any time but cannot be downgraded. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

6. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If you’d like to close your account, contact us and we’ll help you export your content first.

7. Third-party services

We use third-party providers to process payments and store files securely.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the twelve months before a claim arises.
